Let's Get Building...

From the bottom, there is only one way to go, and that is up.  This week's WSJ article "Builders May Be Hitting A Bottom" reports that "[o]verall, builders nationwide say traffic from potential buyers is picking up, leading to increased sales and orders and stabilizing prices."  Let's hope that this type of information will continue to be forthcoming so that the trickle over affect from the larger real estate markets of Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, and New York brings a recovery to the Ketchum, Sun Valley, and Hailey Idaho real estate markets!
