No Decision is a Decision

The failure of the Super Committee…now what?  The Wall Street Journal published a good summary of the tax consequences to the individual tax payer entitled “Tax Mess Deepens.” Click here to read it.  What is the bottom line? We should expect an increase in our overall taxes.  And, we should all continue to base our estate plans on our desire to distribute our life savings to whom we want and in the manner that we want, and not let the tax consequences be the driving force.
