After a preliminary discussion with Jill Eshman Law, you will be advised if full representation or limited scope representation is recommended for your matter. Jill Eshman Law provides alternative fee arrangements for full and limited scope representation to meet each client’s needs and budget.  The available options are hourly, fixed-fee, a combination of fixed-fee and hourly, and regular monthly retainer services for our clients under our “In House General Counsel” program.

Legal representation by Jill Eshman Law commences once an engagement letter is agreed to by you, the client, and Jill Eshman Law. The engagement letter sets forth the agreed upon scope of work and payment arrangements.

Initial Consultations

Jill Eshman Law offers a consultation for a prepaid fixed fee by telephone, Skype, or in-office for up to 40 minutes. You can book your consultation by clicking here, or you can contact our office to learn more. This is the most limited in scope representation, as there is no further commitment of either party after the consultation unless you and Jill Eshman Law agree to continue work on the matter and define the scope and fee arrangement in advance of future work.
