Jill Mazirow Eshman practices law in the areas of real estate,
land use,
business and estate planning. Her objective is
to provide superior attentive service which allows your transaction
to progress while advising you of risks so that educated decisions
may be made.
Real Estate Law:
Ms. Eshman is experienced in the representation of developers,
contractors, lenders, borrowers and other real estate professionals and individuals in
acquisitions, dispositions, entity formation, leasing, construction
contracting, easements, lending and all related documentation relating to all
types of real property including office buildings, vacant land,
residential and mixed use projects.
Land Use in Blaine County
Ms. Eshman was the first Hearing Examiner for the Blaine County
Planning and Zoning Department, a position she held for four years.
As the sole decision maker for conditional use permits and variances
she adjudicated the process through public hearings. Compliance
with the Blaine County Ordinance, a fair result and peace in the
neighborhood were her goals.
Ms Eshman’s extensive experience with Blaine County ordinances
assists her clients through the County process in obtaining their
desired design review approvals, conditional use permits, variances,
lot line shifts, subdivisions, parcel determinations, plat
amendments, code amendments and development agreements. Her experience has also
included land use and subdivision matters before the Sun Valley
Planning and Zoning Commission, Sun Valley City Council, as well as
the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council of the City of
Ketchum.
General Business Law
Providing counsel to clients regarding general business matters
including the formation of corporations, limited liability
companies, partnerships and other business affairs.
Personal Estate Planning
Advising and representing personal representatives in probating
wills, will planning and preparation, and trust planning and
preparation.
