Jill Eshman was the first Hearing Examiner for the Blaine County Planning and Zoning Department, a position she held for four years. As Hearing Examiner she was the sole decision-maker for conditional use permits and variances which were adjudicated through a public hearing process. Her extensive experience with the Blaine County Ordinances benefits her clients in obtaining their desired design review approvals, conditional use permits, variances, mountain overlay district site alteration permits, lot-line shifts, subdivisions, planned unit development agreements, parcel determinations, code amendments and development agreements. Jill Eshman Law has also had experience with land use matters before the City of Sun Valley, the City of Ketchum, and the City of Hailey.
