Kirstin K. Dutcher, Esq.

Kirstin joined the Ketchum office of J Eshman Law in the Spring of 2017. Her practice focuses on family law, estate planning and administration, probate and civil litigation. Kirstin has over 14 years of legal and trial experience. She excels in court, but believes that great lawyers help their clients avoid trial altogether.

Kirstin understands that personal problems require personalized solutions. She works with each client individually to find unique and creative solutions with the focus of protecting assets and children. She understands just how important issues like child custody and parenting time really are to her clients. And, she believes that life experience is what makes her a good advocate. For these reasons, Kirstin takes reasonable positions and works diligently to settle cases.

Kirstin began her Idaho practice with the Law Office of Cynthia Woolley, PLLC. Prior to joining J Eshman Law, she spent ten years practicing at Lawson Laski Clark & Pogue, PLLC in Ketchum.

In 2015, Kirstin was awarded the Idaho Denise O’Donnell-Day Pro Bono Award for the 5th District for her commitment to ensuring equal access to our justice system for those who because of economic or social barriers cannot afford to secure adequate legal counsel.

Kirstin is married with two kids. She enjoys the healthy lifestyle of living in the Wood River Valley along with travel, spending time with family and friends and volunteering at Hemingway Elementary and the Community School.
