Jill Eshman was the first Hearing Examiner for the Blaine County Planning and Zoning Department. As the sole decision-maker she adjudicated conditional use permits and variances through a public hearing process. Her extensive experience with the Blaine County Ordinances benefits her clients by helping to obtain their desired design review approvals, conditional use permits, special use permits, variances, mountain overlay district site alteration permits, lot-line shifts, subdivisions, planned unit development agreements, parcel determinations, code amendments, and development agreements.
