Becca is a third-generation probate and estate planning attorney who joined J. Eshman Law in 2024.  She counsels individuals and families to thoughtfully guide them through the estate planning, probate, and settlement process, and address related issues pertaining to businesses and real estate.

Becca’s background includes leading the Wills Clinics at a Legal Aid office, as well as corporate healthcare law, employment law, homeowners’ associations, family law, and landlord tenant law. As a corporate healthcare attorney, she assisted teams working on the national opioid litigation.

Becca is licensed to practice in Idaho, Kentucky, and Ohio state and federal courts.

She earned her Juris Doctor from Northern Kentucky University where she graduated second in her class and served as an editor of the law review. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Louisville and lived abroad in New Zealand after graduating.

Becca is trained in trauma-informed care for domestic violence survivors and has volunteered as a hospital advocate at a women’s shelter. She enjoys yoga, meditation, and volunteering with the cats at Mountain Humane.

She and her partner moved to the Wood River Valley from Cincinnati, Ohio in 2022 and live in Hailey.
