What estate planning services does JEL offer?
We offer comprehensive trust-based planning that includes asset review to ensure all assets pass without the need for a California probate action to be opened. Our experience in real estate and business law matters makes us a true value added service for those with business interests and real estate assets. We help you to get organized, create a complete list of your assets and prepare an estate plan for you that will be a true gift to your loved ones.
Does JEL have an office in California?
JEL operates virtually in California since the Covid pandemic. Depending upon your location, we offer in person meetings for Los Angeles and San Francisco based clients. Most meetings take place via the telephone or by Zoom meetings. We arrange for document signings with mobile notaries that we use on a regular basis.
Does JEL handle trust administrations and estate settlement?
Yes, we handle trust administrations and estate settlement.
Does JEL handle probate or other court matters?
We do not handle California probate matters or any type of litigation or other court matters.
What are your billing and fee structures for estate planning and trust settlement services?
Our fees are incurred on a time basis. We offer transparent, descriptive, and detailed invoices of our services.
