Empowering our clients with legal solutions for life's most significant events

Real Estate

Our real estate attorneys have the depth of experience and knowledge to advise and guide you through your purchase of an Idaho home.

We always keep your personal goals top of mind and provide advice on the important issues so you can make an informed decision on your real estate purchases as it pertains to your life and to your estate plan.

Our team provides the expertise gained by the firm’s founding attorney through years as an experienced Ketchum based real estate attorney and business attorney, who spent the earlier part of her career as a Los Angeles real estate attorney and San Francisco business attorney.

Idaho Real Estate

We regularly serve as real estate attorneys on purchase and sale transactions for a primary residence, second home, or investment property in Blaine County and in Ada County, Idaho.

We work with real estate agents in Ketchum, Sun Valley, Hailey, Bellevue and Boise, to ensure the real estate purchase and sale agreement provided by your real estate agent protects your interests by providing modifications and amendments to the realtors’ form documents.  Especially when you are the buyer the form real estate purchase and sale agreement should be amended for your benefit before signing it.

Our Idaho real estate and business attorneys will provide legal counsel as to how you should take title, the type of title insurance to purchase, and if forming an Idaho limited liability company makes sense for your goals.

California Real Estate

At J. Eshman Law, we have extensive experience in real estate law by our founding attorney who started her career as a Los Angeles real estate attorney, and later as a San Francisco business attorney, but our primary focus now is to provide guidance and counsel on California real estate and business matters as they pertain to your estate plan.

We often co-counsel with California attorneys who have expertise in the change in ownership rules for property tax issues that are involved in all estate planning discussions with clients owning California real property.  We welcome working professionals who have expertise in areas that will best serve our clients.
