Jill Mazirow Eshman, Esq.

Jill is a deeply experienced and highly responsive business and personal lawyer. She serves clients in San Francisco and Los Angeles, California and Ketchum/Sun Valley, Idaho. As a business lawyer, Jill advises clients on matters including entity formation, governance, financing, mergers and acquisitions, real estate purchase, sales, leasing, and the sale of a company. As a personal lawyer, she represents individuals investing in real estate and operating businesses and guides them through ownership issues. And as an estate planning lawyer, Jill helps her clients and their families feel comfort that financial matters and estate planning goals have been addressed and organized to reduce stress. Jill currently is a member of the Board of Directors of the UCLA Jonsson Cancer Center Foundation.

Kirstin K. Dutcher, Esq.

Kirstin’s practice focuses on family law, employer employment matters, probate and civil litigation, and estate planning and administration. She has over 14 years of legal and trial experience, but nevertheless believes great lawyers should help their clients avoid trial altogether. Kirstin understands that personal problems require personal solutions. She works with each client individually to find unique and creative solutions with the focus of protecting assets and children.

Peggy is an experienced attorney with a broad scope of practice including providing counsel to employers, landlord-tenant, creditor’s claims in probate, general contract review, general civil litigation in smaller matters, and misdemeanor criminal defense. She also guides and advises the firm’s estate clients with the important steps that take place after creation of an estate plan – the transfer of assets to their revocable trusts to help ensure their estate plans work as intended. She also handles estate and trust settlement, including formal and informal probates. She is well-versed in Idaho business entity formation, and in advising homeowner and condominium associations.

Jen is an experienced estate planning attorney, deeply committed to providing families and individuals peace of mind that their legacy and loved ones are secure. After several years growing her skills at a large law firm, she joined a fast growing, publicly traded oil and gas company as Senior Litigation Counsel. In 2017, Jen moved with her family to Boise, Idaho, and made the conscious decision to focus her passions for client service, risk mitigation, and attention to detail directly towards assisting individuals with their estate planning needs. As a mother of two young children, she recognizes the importance of a solid estate plan, and the importance of experienced counsel to guide clients through the process.
